What You'll Do

· Prepare and review journal entries across multiple legal entities and reporting units

· Own balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany activity and consolidation

· Support month-end close and financial reporting in a fast-paced environment

· Assist with acquisition accounting and integration activities for newly acquired entities

· Partner cross-functionally to support operational and financial scaling

· Contribute to process improvements, standardization and internal controls

· Support ERP (NetSuite) and system-related projects, including data cleanup and implementations

· Assist with audits and prepare audit-ready documentation

· Participate in special projects related to acquisitions and bank consolidation

What We're Looking For

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA is a plus

· Experience in a multi-entity environment with intercompany accounting exposure

· Exposure to growth minded private equity-backed companies with M&A experience

· Experience with ERP (NetSuite) implementation or large-scale system/process changes

· Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets in Power BI

· Strong attention to detail with ability to manage both recurring and project-based work

Our corporate accounting team supports a multi-entity environment and works closely with executive leadership to ensure scalable financial processes and accurate reporting.
