The Director of Finance-USA is a fully scoped senior Finance leadership role, responsible for the regional accounting, planning, and reporting, analysis, and day-to-day financial support for their respective Business Unit/Region. As a business partner, you will be involved in the new 3-year growth strategy. Reporting to the VP and General Manager, USA, this is a newly combined finance business unit role (technical services and renewables) that is part of the senior leadership team. Direct reports include an Accounting Manager and 4 indirect reports that are project accountants and a FP&A analyst. There is a dotted line reporting to the VP Finance and CFO. The USA business is approx. $100M with 450 employees
